The IBIS Group comprises Garifuna Energy Limited and Innovative Business Information Systems Llc.The Garifuna Energy Limited Working Group members are environmentalists, Engineers, Business and IT professionals, Administrators and Managers who have worked together to take Project Hydroflo to from sketch design to physical reality in just over a year. The IBIS group has many wonderfully talented people taking the quest for ocean derived renewable energy concepts to the forefront of industry standards. Project Hydroflo is a major leap forward and represents the most exciting development in Renewable Energy exploration in the history of the Caribbean. 
team will focus on investigating and resolving all issues relating to project implementation and management. While there would be a strong focus on the technical areas, the HST will also have a strong public relations presence due to our strategic partnership with Environment Tobago.
